Bay Area Fencing Club
The story of Point Impact Foundation began at Bay Area Fencing Club, where its three co-founders first met, trained side-by-side, forged a lasting friendship, and ultimately dreamed up the idea for the foundation. From the very beginning, Bay Area Fencing Club opened its doors with extraordinary generosity, providing training space, equipment, and invaluable guidance as the new initiative took shape. Coach Lisa, in particular, played a pivotal role, offering steadfast mentorship and wisdom that helped shape the foundation’s leadership and vision. This deep-rooted partnership and support from Bay Area Fencing Club remain at the heart of Point Impact’s journey to grow and share the sport we all love.
USA Fencing
On October 12, 2025, USA Fencing proudly featured Point Impact Foundation across its official Facebook and Instagram channels. We are beyond honored to receive this recognition from the national governing body of our sport.
This moment means the world to our entirely youth-led team. It validates the work we pour in every day to tear down financial barriers and open doors for the next generation of fencers, especially right here in the Bay Area and beyond.
